The tee shirts are very nice quality but one large order never arrived.

I contacted customer service via email. Took 4 days to hear back from them. My lost order was being shipped out I wonder what would've happened had I not contacted them.

Still wondering what happened to that original bunch with a different tracking number! Other orders shipped out as normal. Very low quality. Designer's image was lovely but the transfer was sub par. I followed the directions and the transfer started peeling significantly after the second wash.

From now on I will make sure to wash them according to the instructions. Maybe the orange shirt was washed in cold all these years which could explain why it held up so much better.

Honestly, I can't say for sure. But I was very pleased that Threadless did what they could to make it right! Threadless used to be my go to place to buy t-shirts.

I paid extra for a quicker shipping, but I get surprised with long delays, which later after contacting them, it turned out they have used the slower shipping method because they didn't pay attention. They refunded my extra charges. At first glance, the shirts looked amazing, I wore them right away, but after only one or two washes, I was shocked by the results. The designs fade and peel off, they made a mess in my washing machine and left debree on my other clothes.

After complaining, they automatically sent me a replacement Without asking me first , but then I had to pay for shipping and taxes in cash upon receipt. New replacement shirt, same story.

Great shirts and tanks, very original and good material, my orders takes a little longer than expected but products are worth it. They delivered all of my mask orders on time! Good quality, soft, and fun art! Both the premium black elastic and regular white elastic are good! And the artwork is cute! The product description states that each print will have a 1" border.

One print is great but the other print they sent me is just a 17x23 print on a 24x36 piece of paper, and on top of that the print is messed up at the top.

I immediately contacted customer service via their website, and have received no reply in 4 days. On social media they respond saying "they'll look into it" and also do literally nothing about it.
